ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
With over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, I’ve built a career rooted in service, consistency, and growth. I started working for State Farm while in college and officially opened my own agency in 2000. Since then, I’ve proudly served our community from the same location for 25 years. I hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of Akron, a Chartered Financial Consultant designation from the American College of Financial Services, and am Series 6 licensed—bringing a depth of financial knowledge to the agency.

Our office is small but mighty, currently a team of three and looking to grow by one or two more. We have a loyal and close-knit culture where having fun, delivering exceptional service, and building lasting client relationships are at the heart of what we do. Our team is competitive, customer-centric, and always striving to grow—qualities that helped us earn the #1 multiple line agency award in our five-state zone. Outside the office, my family and I are active in a Christian-based charitable organization and heavily involved in supporting local high school sports and nonprofits.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jared Swank - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $43,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
